Saint Paul College faculty and students will partner with the Marco Polo Institute, Guest Chef Gino Minacapilli, and culinary arts students from AFP Colline Astigiane in Asti to create a beautiful four-course menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Piedmont.
This special evening supports student access to international culinary education while bringing together chefs, students, and community around exceptional food and wine.
