The Embassy of Italy in Canada invites you to the opera recital “All’Alba Vincerò!" A musical journey through Puccini’s masterpieces: an unforgettable evening filled with breathtaking performances of Giacomo Puccini’s most beloved arias, by talented Italian artists (soprano Claudia Pavone, tenor Valerio Borgioni and pianist Claudia Mariani) from the Puccini Festival of Torre del Lago, one of Italy’s premier opera festivals.

The concert celebrates the legacy of the great Italian composer Giacomo Puccini on the centenary of his passing, as well as the inclusion of “The Art of the Italian Opera Singing” in the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, last December.

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 8 th, at 5:30 pm, at Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre. Please use the entrance located at 290 Lisgar Street, Ottawa.

Doors open at 5:00 pm.
