"All the Women I Have Been" - A Women's Healing & Integration Workshop

All the Women I Have Been is a women-only healing workshop created to honor every version of ourselves - the girl, the teen, the woman, the wounded one, the becoming one, all all the selves in between.
So often we look back at past versions of ourselves with judgement, regret, and shame. During this workshop, we will practice something different: witnessing, honoring, and integrating the women we once were without needing to fix or rewrite our story.
Through guided reflection and meditation, gentle Reiki healing, prompted journaling, breathwork journeying, and gentle movement, participants will be invited to reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been forgotten, misunderstood, or left behind - and to offer those parts compassion and belonging.
This workshop is not about reliving trauma or forcing emotional release. It is about softness, self-respect, and remembering that every version of you was doing the best she could with what she had.
This is a woman-only space, intentionally created to support emotional safety, shared lived experiences of being a woman, and deep self-compassion.

COST: $35 per person
REQUIREMENTS: This is a women-only event. Must be 18+.

WHAT TO BRING:
1-2 blankets
1 pillow
Water
Comfortable clothing
Journal and pen
1-3 old photos of yourself that represent past versions of you or any personal items representing a past self

This workshop is designed to be gentle, trauma-informed, and self-directed. You are ALWAYS in control of how deeply you engage. There is no requirement to share, speak, or participate in any exercise that does not feel right for you.
This gathering is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health support. You are encouraged to honor your own needs, take breaks when necessary, and care for yourself before, during, and after the workshop.
