THE STORY: Clarence Claude Van Cleesvf (the third) rolls into the City, looking for his old pal and desperate for a quick loan/cough/handout! He discovers that his friend has died in mysterious circumstances, and that his compassionate (and beautiful) niece has inherited his huge estate. The scheme that Clarence comes up with next will have you gasping in disbelief (it's that awful!).
