Are we a caring community doing wellness or a wellness community doing care? This meeting will focus on active aging. We will discuss its importance and ways to promote it in our communities. We will also discuss a culture shift to incorporate a wellness model in our communities. The goal is to enhance both quality of life and person-centered care.
