Join us for an evening of healing, reflection, and connection at The Sound of Gratitude, a special pre-Thanksgiving event designed to help you release stress, connect with your inner peace, and embrace gratitude.
We'll begin the evening with a heart-opening Healing Circle, followed by a transformational workshop that invites you to deepen your practice of gratitude. Through breathwork, you'll clear your mind and align your body, preparing for the ultimate relaxation experience—a sound bath that will wash over you, soothing your body and soul.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket
- Water
- Journal (we’ll be doing journal prompts)
