Join us for the Heroes Against Hunger Holiday Extravaganza, hosted by Backpack Friends, as Centennial Plaza transforms into a winter wonderland filled with holiday magic. ❄️

Backpack Friends’ mission is to wipe out weekend hunger in local communities. 🥪
Did you know 1 in 4 kids in Texas doesn’t have regular access to food when they’re away from school? Since 2014, Backpack Friends has provided over 150,000 weekend meal kits — that’s more than 850,000 pounds of nutritious, kid-friendly food — to students across Central Texas. 🌟
Today, they’re feeding 4,800 students each month and expect to double that impact within the next year.
