- Tent, sleeping bag, lining
- Food + utensils
- Therapeutic instruments: drum, singing bowls, Tibetan bell, rattles, etc. (if you don't have them and want to get instruments, you can order them through our website CenterAstera.si)
- Warm clothes for the evening by the fire
- Clothing that can be worn during the flower ceremony that you are okay with possibly getting wet or stained.
FOOD:
- Bring food with you. Make it light and simple as there is no electricity or refrigeration in the vicinity. It is also possible to light a fire and cook something. In this case, also bring containers.
