DETAILS

Day 1
SUNDAY, JULY 14th
10:00am - 4pm

Join Dõna Vilma Pinedo for a day of Andean teachings, dialogue, transmissions, and ceremony in sacred reciprocity with nature for our personal and collective ancestral healing.

Vilma is a master Peruvian indigenous lineage healer and teacher - apprenticed from her childhood with her grandfather Don Benito Qoriwoman whose knowledge informs Peruvian paths popular in North America.

On this first special visit to western Canada, the morning is spent together co-creating earth offerings where according to Vilma “each item of offering represents a prayer and a gift of power that sparks the momentum for energy shifts and healing within ourselves and others”.

The afternoon is spent developing allyship with master Ñusta (feminine) teacher Mama Cacao in ceremony to invite balanced integration within our emotional and energy bodies.

Vilma works with traditional healing techniques, coca leaf divination, and channelling energies.

Day 2
MONDAY, JULY 15th

Together we will invoke the Ñustas ~ the divine feminine spirits of the earth to guide us on our paths. Within the Andean cosmology, Ñustas are found in connection with the waters, caves, flowers and herbs, and the Apus (mountain beings) and represent the primordial creation energies.
Activating the seeds of potential within us acknowledges the constant transformative energies of our spirit. Let us create offerings to the specific goddesses of the rivers and oceans to strengthen the kinship with these energies nourishing the feminine aspects within and around us.
Our afternoon will wrap up with teaching of the Ñusta plant allies and a closing prayer. This workshop is open for all genders and gender expressions.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Vilma Pinedo was born in Cusco, Peru ~ surrounded by the Apus, powerful mountain spirits. Her initiation into the path of the healer and teacher arrived before she was even born, struck by lightning in the womb as initiation into the ‘curandera’ way. Vilma began her work at the age of 12 with coca leaf readings and divination. She grew up surrounded by master shamans, actively learning and working together ~ with international clients and audiences including the Dalai Lama. Vilma works in a loving, subtle, respectful and patient way with the earth, spirits and other realms. For Vilma and her Elders, “to heal” means to be aware of the energy around you and within you. To be a “healer”, a hampeq or a shaman, means to be connected to the sources of life and death, to the delicate balance that allows our presence in this world, and to open the gift of sharing this presence as medicine to our communities and others that seek our help. Vilma is fluent in Spanish and Quechua and also speaks in English. Vilmapinero.com. For 1:1 bookings during her time in Canada please inquire with [email protected].
Erin Siddall is multidisciplinary healer, ceremonialist, artist and teacher who witnesses others to transform from within their own experience and power. As a mesa carrier she shares Andean teachings of the Ñustas, transmissions, ceremonies, and techniques which collaborate with the field and supportive guides to co-create profound soul shifts. In her 1:1 and community work she also offers channeling, sound, reiki, akashic clearing, mediumship, and counselling techniques. Erinsiddallenergy.com
Lorena Quintero is the creator behind CASA COPAL and has been on the yogic and shamanic path for over 13 years, following her heart to dive deeper into her practice, Eastern philosophy & ancestral wisdom from the mountains & jungles. Lorena understands that she was meant to carry these teachings forward in her own way. Lorena's offerings weave together all she's experienced & she believes her dharma is to hold space for people to gather to laugh, share love, be free, sing, move & heal.
