Puja will guide you through the secrets of handling gluten-free dough without gums or binders, a skill that goes beyond dumplings and can be applied to tortillas and flatbreads.
By the end of the class, you’ll not only have enjoyed a plate of homemade dumplings with a delicious dumpling sauce, but also walk away with the confidence to recreate them at home. Puja’s love for food is deeply rooted in her childhood in Rajasthan, where she grew up surrounded by bold spices, rich traditions, and the ancient millets that had nourished generations before her.
A few years back, she was diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy intolerance, which led her to rediscover the power of millets. Instead of feeling restricted, she saw it as an opportunity—to reimagine these humble grains for the modern kitchen. From crispy dosas to comforting risottos, dumplings, and pasta, she has transformed millets into everyday favorites while keeping flavors bold and exciting.
