About this Event
A guided journey into breath, body, story, and ancestral memory
Step into the ancient rhythms of the Celts in this immersive half-day experience — a space to move, breathe, learn, and reconnect with the deeper roots of Celtic spirituality.
Before religion became rigid and codified, Celtic wisdom was embodied, seasonal, and deeply relational — rooted in land, story, and lived experience. This gathering invites you to explore that lost ancestral framework in a grounded, modern way that speaks to both body and mind.
Rather than belief, this is about experience: feeling how these ancient teachings live in you today.

What This Journey Explores
The Three Cauldrons
An introduction to one of the most profound (and least understood) aspects of Celtic spirituality — the Three Cauldrons, ancient energetic centers that reflect vitality, emotion, and insight.
You’ll learn:
- What each cauldron represents
- How imbalance shows up in daily life
- How breath, movement, and awareness restore flow and vitality
This is taught in a clear, grounded way — no prior knowledge required.
Celtic Storytelling
Ancient myths, symbols, and teachings shared in a way that makes them relatable, human, and relevant — connecting timeless wisdom with modern life.
Somatic Movement
Gentle, intuitive movement to reconnect with your natural rhythm, release stored tension, and anchor learning in the body.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
A guided breathing practice known for supporting:
- Nervous system regulation
- Emotional release and clarity
- Increased presence and embodied awareness
- A sense of renewal and inner balance
This style of breathwork is fully conscious, structured, and trauma-informed, allowing you to go deep while staying safe and in control.

About Your Facilitator: Tom Woods
Tom Woods is a certified breathwork facilitator and trauma-informed somatic coach. As well as a kriya yogi initiated through the Isha lineage.
When Tom moved abroad he felt a strong pull to reconnect with ancient Irish culture. Through experience, he realized that indigenous Irish spirituality has strong ties with indigenous cultures all around the world. His life mission has become retrieving and celebrating our lost ancestral wisdom that was largely forgotten through colonization.
We are all indigenous from somewhere, and far enough back, all of our religion was the same. Nature + spirit = Animism. Animism is the belief that spirit is in everything and is always in communication with us. Learning to listen reawakens our inherent magic!
Tom is committed to the integral blending of these worlds together with somatics, breathwork & conscious business coaching, advocating for transformation, and bringing dreams to life!
