BBNC is hosting a Proxy and Ballot Pop-Up event in Anchorage on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the BBNC building (111 W 16th Avenue).BBNC's Shareholder Services team will be able to assist with voting your proxy and ballot before the final deadline on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time, as well as help with forms and answer any questions.
