About this Event
Spend a day by the ocean, surrounded by nature as you give yourself the time, space and opportunity to slow down and calm the chaos, to breathe, to catch up with yourself, to connect inward, to reflect, to move, to rest, to nourish your mind, body and nervous system.
The day will be a mix of gentle learning and practice, movement and stillness, all within your capacity.

*Move your body & develop your empowerment with mindful movement, Polyvagal yoga & bodyweight strength exercises (all within your ability)
*Gain practical tools to navigate & manage stress
*Create a healthy lifestyle with functional breathing, nutrition, sleep & exercise advice
(You have the autonomy to choose whether you take part in each session or not)
A nourishing lunch will be provided by a former MasterChef Ireland winner! Tea, coffee and snacks will also be provided throughout the day.
