Sacred Winter workshop for Women
This workshop is a sacred container for women to reconnect with the feminine lineage, the divine feminine and remember the deep wisdom of the womb.
Through movement, stillness, ritual, and sisterhood, we enter the sacred spiral of descent, to touch the roots of who we are and rise again with love, finding a way to cultivate the loving Mother within.
To treat ourselves with the same compassion, adoration and kindness that we longed for.
When we honour and reconnect with our womb space, and the mother line, we return to a sense of wholeness.
From this place, we are more open to love, able to give and receive in a healthy and balanced way.
What to Expect:
✨ Guided womb meditations and visualizations
✨ Rituals to honour the feminine lineage
✨ Dance, Movement and somatic practices for grounding and activation
✨ Voice work and storytelling from the womb
✨ Healing sessions and co-regulation
✨ Sharing circles in sisterhood
✨ Creative expression and journaling
✨ Nature time in beautiful sacred land of Leela, including the Yoni Garden (a co-creation space for women)
✨ Delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals, herbal teas, and treats
✨ Gentle guidance and full permission to honour your own rhythm
We will co-create a safe, non-judgmental space where everything is optional, and each woman is the sovereign of her own experience.

Amiya is a sensitive, intuitive, and creative woman from Spain who has been connected with the Leela centre since 2013. Passionate about female empowerment, vitality, and well-being, she is deeply inspired by nature and the wisdom of the feminine.
