Facilitated by Agata KrajewskaAssisted by Rooh Star
At the time of Samhain or All Souls, it's traditional to honour the ancestors and the dead.
In what ways are we like our ancestors, and in what ways are we forging a new path? We are the continuation of their lifespan, but also an evolution.
In the workshop we will:
• Cultivate our roots and connectedness to well and wise ancestors
• Honour our dead and our relationship to the forces of death
• Inquire into ancetsral gifts and challenges and how we carry them forward
*Identify and embody our inner legacy parts
• Uncover and share ancestral stories
We often protect ourselves from pain by cutting ourselves off from our lineages. Yet in doing so, we also cut ourselves off from our own roots and from our strengths. In this workshop we will endeavour to receive the ancestral gifts and lay down the ancestral burdens.
The work combines Embodied Awakening, Trauma Healing, Internal Family Systems, Theatre, Play, and Improvisation.
Some experience or sense of safety in working with movement and the body is necessary to engage in this day.

“Agata holds a deeply nourishing space with graceful ease and a playfully light touch. This is a space where imaginings can take form and the archetypal forces within us all can emerge to tell their stories. Profoundly beautiful work (and play).”
“Transformational of inner life and community, connecting work with women of all ages and experience. Best piece of group work I have been part of for years.”
“This work gets to the heart of performance, to the vulnerability and honesty of the solo performer. And even more, it goes a long way to heal the rifts between women, the competition and the judgement we all suffer from, and invite us to truly be witnesses and celebrants of each other’s journeys.”
"I am not alone; there are hidden gifts; we need each other."
"This is important work you are doing-especially the work of empowering woman to have a voice and to bring their beingness more visibly into the world. The space you hold is gentle and safe and allows a natural unfolding and easy uncovering of the rich story each of us carries."
