There are wounds we carry that did not begin with us.Patterns of pain, silence, survival, and forgetting that have traveled through generations.
And there are also gifts…wisdom, intuition, medicine, voice, and powerthat were never fully activated in our lineage, yet have always lived within us.
This ceremony is a sacred and intentional space to heal what has been carried and to activate what has been waiting.
We will gather to sit in ceremony with our lineage, reconnect with our ancestors and open the pathway to remembrance, with an open heart led by the spirit of Cacao, an ancestral medicine, and the spirit of the Grandmothers ( Yes, even if you never met your grandmothers or if you never got along with them. We are connecting with the spirit of grandmothers in your lineage).
The Grandmothers come not only to support healing, but to awaken dormant ancestral gifts that were paused, suppressed, or never fully expressed in past generations.

The cacao served in this ceremony comes from Guatemala, Karla’s homeland, and is prepared with deep reverence for its ancestral roots. Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that supports emotional clarity, connection, and ancestral remembrance.
