ANCESTRAL EXPLORATION
As the veil thins and we begin to traverse into the darkness of the winter months, we feel a call to draw inwards, connecting with the mystical dimensions of the spiritual self. Through cultivating connection with the medicine of cacao, elemental practices, and a drum journey we are able to engage our inner knowing through the vibrations of our ancestral memories.
Cacao is a medicine held sacred by the Maya whose connection to this plant spans over 5,000 years, during which time, they have cultivated a relationship with Cacao, that is intentional and incredibly profound. They receive her as a gift brought forth from another dimension, a path of remembrance to which we will all return.

•Somatic practices, breathwork, and meditation
Please come dressed comfortably, bringing water & a journal/pen.
When possible and not limited by personal dietary restrictions please do not eat
right before the event, leaving space anywhere from 2 hrs-90 mins. prior in order to
best receive the medicine. For any potential medical contraindications please communicate privately to consult.
TEACHER BIO: ELISABETH
Elisabeth has been serving Cacao since 2019 and is currently studying alongside a
Mayan family and community of the Tz’utujil and K’iche’ lineages. She has a
background in eco-therapy, trauma informed somatic integration, archetypal
psychology, and energy healing. She is an Italian lineage healer and practitioner of
ancestral spirituality.

Our founder Adriana moved to Brooklyn from Costa Rica with a mission to bridge remedies from native people within Central and South America to modern day needs and imbalances.
