Let's keep our ancestors alive by documenting and sharing their stories.
In this workshop, we will engage with the family story you want to preserve or ancestor you want to honor. The details of that story will shape the imagery for the collage you will create.
Prompts and samples will be provided, but you will be free to exercise your creative freedom.
**Bring copies of the family photos (photo paper or copy paper) and any archival documents you want to incorporate in the collage.
Provided supplies will include:
magazines, fabric, paint, sequins, craft boards, card stock, glue, scissors, etc.
