The Talk
In this interactive Workshop/Talk, we will discuss the anatomy of the Aura. How to sense, read, and ‘see’ it. We will use colour and crystals to experience the subtle energy field that emanates from each one of us. There will be a short meditation showing you how to de-stress your Aura with a quartz crystal. A crystal will be provided for you to work with and take home with you afterwards.
The Practitioner / Facilitator
Sara has shared esoteric knowledge with Circles, talks and events within the Mind, Body, Spirit community for the last twenty-five years.
Her qualifications include an advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is a Sound Practitioner, playing Gongs, Resonance tubes and crystal bowls to offer a unique healing experience. Other skills include, The Nine Rites of the Munay Ki, EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Intuitive, including Angel and Tarot card readings. Sara has also worked as a medium, now concentrating on helping others develop their gifts.
