Presented by Renee Watson, this introduction to anatomy course provides an overview of the systems of the body and then delves into deeper understanding of the bones, joints, fascia and muscles. We then apply this knowledge to movement in order to fine tune alignment, find appropriate modifications, and bring a greater mind/body connection to our clients. This course is a great review and ‘tool’ for current students, newly certified teachers, and experienced teachers alike.
