Common contraindications that a Yoga Teacher is likely to encounter during class, and how to stay in your scope of practice through a developed understanding of anatomy and physiology.
We will use cues, qualities, and modifications to make your practice more expansive. Through this developed understanding, students will become more knowledgeable Yoga Teachers.
Please arrive five minutes prior to our meeting and we will greet you outside. This building is located in Downtown Naperville and across from Sweetgreens salad cafe.
