Buurtschap te Veld is Eindhoven's innovatieve antwoord op de woningnood: een tijdelijke wijk die 30 jaar mag blijven staan. Elke "kamer" heeft 30-80 woningen met een unieke indeling en eigen identiteit. Naast de woonruimtes vind je een buurthart, Stadsakkers, en plannen voor een natuurspeeltuin. Deze rondleiding wordt gegeven door Minitopia of Woonbedrijf. Minitopia begeleidt de bouw van 100 duurzame zeflbouw-woningen van maximaal 50 m² footprint. Op Buurtschap te Veld komen zo’n 350 sociale huurwoningen, verspreid in groepjes over de buurt. Ze worden verhuurd door de woningcorporaties Woonbedrijf en ’thuis, initiatiefnemers van Buurtschap te Veld. Tijdens deze rondleiding ontdek je hoe deze bijzondere wijk tot stand kwam, welke uitdagingen er waren en waarom het zo'n inspirerende plek is. Buurtschap te Veld is Eindhoven's innovative response to the housing shortage: a temporary neighborhood permitted to stand for 30 years. Each "room" contains 30-80 homes with a unique layout and its own identity. In addition to residential spaces, you'll find a community heart, urban gardens, and plans for a nature playground. This tour is led by Minitopia or Woonbedrijf. Minitopia oversees the construction of 100 sustainable self-built homes, each with a maximum footprint of 50 m². Buurtschap te Veld will also feature around 350 social rental homes, grouped throughout the neighborhood. These homes are rented out by the housing corporations Woonbedrijf and ’thuis, the initiators of Buurtschap te Veld.
