Pre-registration for the event has closed. However, there will be a full Gate onsite, where you can pay by cash, check, or credit card. Cost: $30, with a $5 member discount.

***NOTE ON HOTEL ROOMS AT THE BELLEVUE HILTON: The Bellevue Hilton Web-Site devotes a page to 'Suites' available at the hotel. These are rooms on the upper floors with an expanded footprint and a larger kitchenette. However, none of these were available as part of our hotel room block, or even available for rental separately. All of these rooms are reserved by Technology Enterprises local to the Bellevue area (Google, Microsfot, etc.) as long-term living quarters occupied by temporary workers. We mention this as several people have contacted the Event Team asking about them for Vigil, Party, Meeting Space. These are not available to us. Apologies for any confusion incurred or plans disrupted.
***HELP WANTED - CART COORDINATOR: The Bellevue Hilton has only a small number of carts on hand to transport equipment, luggage, etc. into the Twelfth Night hotel. We are looking for someone who would be willing to take on the task of putting out the call to borrow carts for the weekend. This person would ensure they are collected, tagged, and returned when the Friday move-in is complete. This person would also coordinate a group of volunteers to assist in cart usage and moving 'stuff' from cars into the various rooms and meeting space where the 'stuff' is needed. If you would be willing to take on this task, please contact our Twelfth Night Volunteer Coordinator, Penelope Maria Domenichi d'Aragona, at [email protected] . Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
***HELP WANTED - BENCHES FOR COURT: There are times when ceremonies and special moments in Court take a little bit of time to accomplish. Standing in front of the An Tir Thrones is an incredibly awesome experience, but it can be exhausting. Or detrimental especially to those with mobility issues. We would like to collect a number of medieval (Norse style? Or other similar?) benches that could be strategically arranged in the Court Room to be available as needed during Court activities and proceedings. If you can help in this regard, please contact the Twelfth Night Event Stewards, starting with Arontius at <arontius>. Your help in this would be greatly appreciated!
At this time we are still building the Event Team and the Event Plan. We urge people to get involved early. Working on an Event Team for a Kingdom Event is a lot of fun and very rewarding. Becoming involved now will get you in on the 'ground floor' of a grand event, one of the largest and most magnificent that is regularly held in An Tir. Lastly, the Event Team from Blatha An Oir is filled with friendly, helpful, people who want to help you have fun, and want this event in particular to be the best event in An Tir's History, as well as the Best and Brightest Event Blatha An Oir has ever hosted! Mistress Genevieve Marie Etienette de Montagne (Stephanie Ray-Solum), Kingdom Events Deputy: Gate Coordinator and Chief Kingdom Collaborator.
With Assistance From: HE Elewyn Verch Emrys (Susan Meyers), who will be working with Mistress Etienette on Gate and Registration Activities.
PayPal Pre-Registration is tentatively scheduled to begin after September Crown. Our Pre-Registration Coordinator is HL Anne Mary Quinn (Patricia Bostick), who will be working with the Event Gate Coordinator, Mistress Etienette. On-Site card / electronic payment will be through Zettle (the new on-site card service replacing the current PayPal process), and will be arranged closer to the event.
Registration Fees (Standard Kingdom): $30.00 for Adults, with a $5 discount for Members.
HL Xenos Makellares (Pete Lazzaretti) has volunteered to be the Marketplace (Merchant Room) Coordinator.
The Blatha An Oir Chatelaine, Lady Elizabeth North (Joni Sugar Shoemaker) will be working to organize a Chatelaine's Table for Twelfth Night and provide information as desired by those new and fresh to the SCA.
Her Excellency Angharat verch Reynulf (Jonnalyhn Wolfcat Prill) is our Vigil Coordinator.
HL Ellisif Leifsdottir (Elisabeth Howard-Langmack) is our Event Royal Liaison (as well as coordinating Site Tokens).
HL Gracia Abrabanel (Grace Amundsen Barnkow) is our organizer of Arts and Sciences Displays.
Sir Andras Truemark (Andras Truemark on Facebook) is our Martiallate Coordinator for the Event.
We have a fantastic Decorations Team in the works! Currently consisting of HL Francisca Rosil (Francisca Ossiander) and HE Elspeth Nic Grath (Beth Park)!
