A joint event hosted by Erica Longdon and Ali Gunning.Welcome to our full moon sound journey at ZedShed, a warm and light eco space on the water at Penryn. This event will be held on the Saturday evening, a special extended session where the sound is provided by talented and highly experienced yoga teacher, retreat facilitator and Gong Master Ali Gunning with Erica Longdon sound and energy healer and writer who regularly hosts gong baths at The Old Chapel in Godolphin Cross and The Chimes Iyenga yoga studio in Sithney. Together Ali and Erica will enfold you in feminine waves of sound from multiple beautiful gongs as well as hang drum, crystal bowls, healing song and Erica’s beautiful flute melodies. We will serve tea and treats
afterwards.
