About this Event

Facilitated walks by An Nisa Muslim Womens Group, a local charity supporting women to be active through sport and social activities. Come along and get fit and make new friends along the way !

The walk is aimed at Muslim ladies (adults only) it also welcome non Muslim women who appreciate and respect Muslim etiquette and values.

The walk will be a medium pace, flat and on paths. There is a cafe and toilets by the car park where we can stop for a tea and chat at end of walk.

Where to meet : at Burnham Beeches Car Park by the cafe - adress is on Lord Mayors Drive SL2 3PS and note this is a pay and display car park but check around as There are also residential roads outside for free parking.

We all know the importance of exercise and why not walk with like minded ladies in an inclusive environment so we hope to see you there!

Info: Meeting point is in the Far end of the car park by the cafe . An Nisa trustees (Farkhanda) will be there to support and facilitate the walk with you and we will do a leisurely mindful walk through the forest- What to bring: appropriate clothing/trainers or walking boots, water bottle. Advisable to have layers which you can adjust if weather changes Trainers or Hiking boots are highly recommended. NOTE This event will go ahead rain or shine!
