Join Chef Teresa Cutter for an intimate Italian-inspired masterclass where she will share delicious recipes from her cookbook SIMPLE HEALTHY RECIPES. Inspired by her love of Mediterranean cuisine, these recipes reflect food made with love for the people you love. This class includes a glass of prosecco on arrival, a selection of matched wines from our Wine Store, and generous tastings of all the recipes demonstrated on the night. Each guest can add a signed copy of Teresa’s latest cookbook to their ticket for an additional $60.00 (normal RRP is $74.95)

Known around the world as The Healthy Chef, Teresa Cutter is recognised as a pioneer in the field of wellness and healthy cooking, and lives by the motto ‘keep it simple and make it yourself’. Teresa focuses on Mediterranean–style recipes that are simple, easy, healthy, and delicious.
