Facilitated by Helen Purdam (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, MMTCP certified), this 6-week course is an invitation to bring more joy, resilience and calm to your life.When we bring a clear attention to this moment without judgment, we can experience things ‘as they are’ with alert awareness and kindness. This mindfulness meditation course will help you build a regular meditation practice and provide tools to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Each session includes a themed talk, a 10–15 minute guided meditation and time for questions and discussion.

This course is also being run at the Hall Community Cottage, Hall Primary School on the Saturdays 1:30-2:30pm 18 Oct-22 Nov, so that you can swap between sessions if you can't make a particular date.
