About this Event

Harry Clarke was one of Ireland's most unique twentieth century artists. Internationally acclaimed as a stained-glass artist and illustrator, he was recently honoured in his native city with the naming of a bridge in his honour over the Cabra Road. This talk by James Curry, Historian in Residence at Dublin City Libraries, will provide an overview of Clarke's life and discuss some of his best known artworks. Part of Dublin City Libraries' Dublin Festival of History Programme.
