About this Event
Frances Trussell, MA, PGDIP, CL.HYP, MPMT and author of You Are Not Your Thoughts, brings us an introduction to mindfulness and how we can use it in our everyday lives. Come and learn what it means to be truly mindful.
Frances will teach us how to be more present in our everyday lives and have a more direct experience of what it is to truly be alive. Frances will introduce us to the training that can cultivate peace from a busy mind, reduce stress and worry, improve our ability to focus, and vastly increase our resilience and happiness levels.
Frances Trussell is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, trained to the highest level, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Solution-Focused Therapist, a pioneer of Mindfulness Based Transformational Coaching (Coaching+) and member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapy. She is also a Mum of two and a lifelong learner.
The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and then an informal mingle allowing us to further discuss the topic and connect with like-minded women. There is absolutely no pressure or expectation to stay and mingle but we hope you do.
