Book onto this workshop to learn the basic techniques of free machine embroidery. Michelle will get you started, showing you how to set up your machine and all the hints and tips to experiment with free machine embroidery. Then design a simple image to recreate onto calico. Free Machine Embroidery is a limitless craft, once you get started you will just want to keep going with endless ideas.
For this workshop you will need to bring your sewing machine that is able to drop/lower the feed dogs/teeth and a darning or embroidery foot. Also if you have a sewing kit and thread that would be helpful.
Fabrics, bond a web and calico are provided as well as a hints and tips hand out for future reference.
Suitable for sewers that can use their sewing machine.
