This months meetup will be the first of our indoor sessions as the weather and darker nights draw in!Over the winter months, join us for some introductory sessions on wellbeing techniques and some mindful crafting activities.
Our October meetup will be a short practical session by volunteer Steve, on how EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or 'tapping') can help reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
Refreshments will be provided after the activity.
Our sessions are completely free to join, but please let us know if you'd like to join us so that we can keep an eye on numbers - we may need to limit spaces to make sure there's room indoors for everyone!
