A day of colour, curiosity, and subtle energy
Step into a luminous space of exploration and reflection, where colour, presence, and perception meet.
Across cultures and spiritual traditions, auras have long been spoken of as subtle fields of colour and energy said to surround the human form. This one-day workshop invites you to gently explore these ideas — not as fixed truths or precise sciences, but as symbolic and experiential ways of noticing how we feel, sense, and relate to ourselves and others.

The Day Unfolds:
The morning will centre around the experience of an auric-style photograph for each attendee. These images are offered as visual reflections, accompanied by suggested meanings of colour and placement drawn from commonly held interpretations. They are intended as contemplative prompts — an invitation to notice what resonates, what surprises, and what might ignite curiosity.
In the afternoon, the focus shifts to shared exploration. Through guided discussion and gentle group exercises, we will explore personal energy fields as they are often described in spiritual and holistic traditions. The practices are experiential, reflective, and optional, encouraging awareness and curiosity rather than certainty of outcome.
Throughout the day, the work remains exploratory in nature. The concepts of auras and personal energies are approached as symbolic and experiential frameworks — a way of engaging imagination, intuition, and self-reflection.
