What can alliancing offer?
Alliance contracting offers a flexible way of working between partners, that emphasises shared goals, risks and responsibilities. It's an approach that can help reset commissioning relationships and build highly effective collaborations.
Session summary
This session will introduce alliancing to those who are new to the concept, with an interest in finding out more about how the model can work in practice. There will be opportunities to discuss, ask questions and reflect in groups on what alliancing could contribute to your work.
The session will be co- facilitated by Linda Hutchinson of LH Alliances and Iriss.
