An introduction to Air Ductwork

This CIBSE Approved seminar provides an insight into thepurpose of air ductwork and its thermal insulation, both for traditional sheetmetal and phenolic lightweight ducting.
Learning Objectives:

1. An understanding of HVAC air ductwork basic design criteria.
2. Ductperformance and its insulation.
3. Understanding applicable legislation for ductwork specifically
4. The Building Regulations and Approved Documents Part F, Part L and Part B as well as BS5422.
5. The Building Safety Act.
6. Embodied Carbon differentiating between traditional and phenolic-ductwork.
