What is EFT?

EFT, also known as tapping, is a powerful somatic technique that uses gentle tapping on specific meridian points in the body, similar to those used in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. This process helps to alleviate energetic blockages and reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional discomfort to live a more liberated, loving and magical life.

CleoCATra, also known as Chelsea Gay, is a creatrix, somatic practitioner, and self-love and embodiment muse with over five years of experience using EFT. She has transformed her own life, healing trauma, reprogramming old beliefs, and clearing blocks to live a more liberated, loving and magical life. From ending her relationship with alcohol to achieving body confidence, paying off debt, and manifesting abundance in all aspects of her life, CleoCATra has witnessed the profound effects of tapping and is passionate about sharing this magical modality with everyone.
