This Saturday 12/13 from 3 to 4:30pm, Kinjo is partnering with Gentle Artefacts, a DUMBO-based tea emporium purveying artisanal Japanese matcha and tea, to co-host an intimate 5-course "tea omakase" at Kinjo's beautiful omakase counter.
A small group of guests (just 14 seats available) will enjoy a selection of single-origin Japanese teas grown at the Ooyamaseichaen farm in the Sonogi prefecture."4th generation master tea farmer, 1st generation DJ, and future generation matcha maven" Yoshitaka Ooyama will be in attendance to speak about the teas, as well as curating a special playlist for the event.The 5 course menu, presented in unique vessels handmade by ceramicist So-Min Kang, will feature:-
