BIV will host Mayor Ken Sim for an inaugural townhall designed to allow for in-depth discussion on a topic relevant to the business community. This conversation will focus on real estate and development in the City of Vancouver.
At the event, guests will have an opportunity to mingle with Mayor Sim, who will discuss specific issues and opportunities related to rezoning and permitting processes, densification and housing supply, commercial and industrial development, progress on campaign commitments, the city's relationship with other levels of government, and his vision for Vancouver's future.
The conversation will be led by BIV and will include a moderated, topic-focused audience Q&A.
