An Intimate Conversation with Birth Workers — a transformative gathering

Mamas! Come join us in the barn at Foragers Farms for a special gathering where birth workers come together for an intimate conversation. Conscious Birth Community believes in supporting women in their perinatal journey, no matter what stage they are in, to feel empowered, confident and transformed. We believe birth no matter where it takes place and who is invited, should make women feel safe, seen, heard and understood.

This event is an unique opportunity to meet birth workers in the community, gain a deeper understanding of what choices are ahead of you and your baby, and ask all the burning questions to empower yourself on this transformative journey.

We will gather in the hills of the beautiful Foragers Farms, in Cobourg, and enjoy a hearty meal together. This gathering is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in the birth community. Whether you are pregnant, expecting, planning or simply just passionate about birth, this event is for you. If you are pregnant and preparing or curious about your birth options in the future, you will leave feeling connected and inspired.

We also invite any professionals in the birth community to join as well. Whether you are a doula, midwife, lactation consultant, or birth educator. Share stories, ask questions, and learn from each other's experiences in a supportive and welcoming environment. Don't miss out on this chance to network, collaborate, and connect on a deeper level.

Each ticket includes a meal; a Montreal style bagel sandwich made from the neighbours of Foragers Farms, Headwaters Farm, who operate a micro-bakery from their commercial kitchen. The eggs are from Foragers organically fed and free range hens. Add in some lovely grown greens from the farmers and you’ve got yourself a local bagel sandwich!

Please note:

Little ones welcome! Dress warm. Although we are in a barn, it is not heated. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat and blankets, notepad and pen. The farm store will be open if you want to shop local before or after the event.
