This one-night-only event features a multi-course gourmet menu thoughtfully paired with Grgich Hills’ exceptional wines, creating a dining experience that highlights balance, depth, and flavor.

The evening begins with complimentary canapés and a welcome pour, followed by a relaxed, seated dinner designed to unfold at an elegant pace.

First Course – Grgich Hills Chardonnay

• Charred leek mosaic, burnt onion agrodolce, 24-month aged Parmesan consommé, fresh peas, spicy Italian sausage

Third Course – Grgich Hills Cabernet Sauvignon

• Niman Ranch beef striploin, short rib croquette, cardamom-infused carrot purée, Perigord truffle jus

• Caramelized pear tarte Tatin, macerated raspberries, Madagascan vanilla & pistachio ice cream
