More on An Exploration of Breath…
Breathwork is one of the body's strongest healing tools. It can lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate, decrease stress hormones, oxygenate the blood, exercise the lungs, increase physical and mental energy, and improve immunity. It can also help heal symptoms of anxiety, depression and long-held emotional trauma.
There are about as many ways to do breathwork as there are flavors of ice cream. Come prepared to explore the possibilities.

✨ has had a love affair with The Breath since 2018. She's completed over 500 hours of trauma-informed training and guides with sensitivity, heart-centered awareness, and a gift for holding safe space. Cindy is also a certified level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner.
Cindy is following a dream which has moved her from Northern Utah to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. She's currently living off-grid in a forest holler 😉 and is loving being so close to Nature.
