With his son translating, you'll hear firsthand stories about the land, the grapes, and the passion that goes into every bottle. The experience will be a four-course, family-style meal, allowing you to share the warmth and tradition of a true Sicilian feast. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a Don Tomasi wine to create an unforgettable dining experience.
Your evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour, featuring a refreshing sparkling wine paired with a selection of authentic Sicilian cheeses. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m., with highlights from the menu including:
Antipasto Course: Lamb-stuffed Arancino, a classic Sicilian fried rice ball.
Pasta Course: A rich and comforting Pasta Alla Norma.
Main Course: Grilled swordfish steak with Corso Seasonal veg (swordfish), and Coniglio in agrodolce (rabbit)
Dessert Course: In-house-made Cannoli and a scoop of Chardonnay Gelato.
