ABOUT THE BOOK:

We are living in a moment where careers shift faster than ever, leadership expectations are rising, and the path forward feels increasingly unclear. Own Your Next Move was written for exactly this reality.

Own Your Next Move speaks to the pressures so many are feeling right now:

  • The sense of having outgrown the version of yourself that brought you here
  • The desire to pivot or elevate without knowing the exact next step
  • The fatigue of constant reinvention in a changing workplace

Susan’s book offers a modern roadmap for navigating these inflection points. Through real stories, practical frameworks, and powerful reflection tools, it helps readers:

  • Reconnect with their core values and leadership identity
  • Understand and rewrite limiting internal narratives
  • Strengthen their presence and sharpen their voice
  • Navigate transitions—career, leadership, or personal—with more confidence
  • Build adaptability and resilience in a world that demands both
