The Malta Book Festival welcomes the eclectic and acclaimed English author Samantha Harvey, in conversation with award-winning Maltese writer Loranne Vella. Harvey’s latest novel, Orbital, takes place on a space station and is an account of a single 24-hour day in low earth orbit, and took home the highly prestigious Booker Prize in 2024. Having released six books that cut across a wide variety of genres – from historical to literary fiction, science fiction to memoir and an epistolary novel – the interview will delve into the rich tapestry of Harvey’s work. A book signing will take place after the interview.
