About this Event

Join us for an evening with author, musician, award-winning social entrepreneur and podcaster, and mental health campaigner Niall Breslin, as we celebrate his new book, The Place That Has Never Been Wounded.

In a world often marked by chaos and uncertainty, it's easy to feel unmoored, as if the ground beneath you is always shifting. Drawing on principles of mindfulness, along with transformative learnings from Niall's own experience of outward success and inner turmoil, this powerful new roadmap offers practical ways to reconnect with inner stillness and reclaim a steady core for facing life’s challenges. Innovative audio accompanying the book features Niall's breakthrough method of mindful training, which has at its core a set of guided meditations blending music and words.

Join us for an evening of conversation and reflection, exploring the themes and insights within this new book. The evening will also include a live performance of the accompanying album, performed by Niall with the Polaris String Quartet, weaving sound and story together for a fully immersive experience.

Copies of The Place That Has Never Been Wounded will be available for purchase on the evening.

Niall Breslin is a retired professional athlete, musician-producer, author, TV personality, campaigner, and multi-award-winning social entrepreneur and podcaster, currently completing a PhD in Sociology and Psychology at Trinity College Dublin; his acclaimed mental health podcast Where Is My.Mind? has featured global wellness leaders and led to further work with Spotify (Wake Up, Wind Down), the BBC (Ten Minute Meditations Classical Wind Down), and Audible (the investigative podcast The Madman’s Hotel), all reflecting his deep commitment to improving mental health in the modern world.
