Mango Mental Health is turning 2!
Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community.
Whether you’ve been part of the MMH community from the beginning or you’re just curious about what we do, we’d love to have you with us. We’re marking the occasion with a casual gathering in Burnaby—come meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, and be part of something meaningful.
Last year, our 1st anniversary event 'A Morning with Mango' was about introducing who we are—sharing therapeutic tools, creating space for mindfulness, and building awareness as a new practice. This year, we're shifting focus. As one of our therapists put it: mangoes don’t grow alone—they thrive in a grove. So this time, we’re turning outward—highlighting the voices and passions of those in our wider community.
The evening will feature a relaxed, panel-style conversation with inspiring local leaders, exploring themes of community building, mental health advocacy, and they are creating meaningful impact through their work and passions.

Additionally, in the wake of the recent tragedy at the Lapu Lapu Festival, all profits from the event will be donated to Filipino BC in support and solidarity.
