Nicholas School of the Environment alumni Jamie Christensen M.E.M.'22 and Peter Durette A.B.'95 will speak with Dean Bennear about her vision for the school. Dean Bennear will share her priorities as a new leader and how the Nicholas School is partnering across Duke to advance bold solutions for the planet’s most pressing environmental challenges.
This gathering is also a wonderful opportunity to connect and network with fellow Duke alumni, family, and friends engaging in stimulating conversations and true Blue Devil spirit.
Event Schedule
6:00 PM – 6:55 PM | Check-in, refreshments, and informal conversation.
7:00 PM – 7:05 PM | Program starts promptly at 7:00 PM. Welcome by Judy Pahren A.B.'84, P'21, P'25, Duke Richmond Co-Chair.
7:05 PM – 7:10 PM | Introductions by Peter Durette A.B.'95, Nicholas School Board of Visitors.
7:10 PM – 7:50 PM | Fireside chat hosted by Jamie Christensen, M.E.M.'22.
7:55 PM – 8:00 PM | Closing remarks by Judy Pahren A.B.'84, P'21, P'25.
8:00 PM – 8:25 PM | Networking.
$35 per person includes hors d'oeuvres, beer, and wine. Registrants may bring guests.
