Event Information:
Dr. Jane Goodall first set foot in the forests of Tanzania in 1960, armed with little more than a notepad, a pair of binoculars and a dream of living in Africa and observing wildlife. From the moment she witnessed a chimpanzee make a tool to the moment she decided to leave the park in order to save the chimpanzees she cared for, Dr. Goodall will describe her extraordinary scientific breakthroughs in animal behaviour and her journey to becoming one of the world's most prominent and active conservationists. Dr. Goodall's talks never fail to inspire people of all ages, from all walks of life, as she recounts her unique experiences as a young woman working alone in the rainforest and her hope for the future through her dedication to youth-led action for sustainable change. All proceeds from ticket sales support Dr. Goodall's vision and the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada's mission to build a better world for people, animals, and the environment we share.

Accessibility:
Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement on the Main Floor and in the First Balcony. Companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Additional companion seats may be purchased from best available seating nearby.
Seating is located in the following areas: Orchestra Pit Row CC, Main Floor Rows A & Y and 1st Balcony Row K. Depending on show configuration, some sections may not be open for all events.
Access to theatre via ramp at north entrance. Elevator available to access seating in 1st Balcony. Accessible washrooms in lobby near main entrance. Accessible Parking available in West lot. Handi-Bus parking at NW entrance.
