An evening with Geoff Twentyman and Gary OwersGeoff and Gary, plus guests, are at Yate Town Football Club on Thursday 2nd October - kick off is 7.30pm.The former footballers, who played for Bristol Rovers and Bristol City, will entertain you with tales from their playing days, their times in football management and their experiences behind the microphone at BBC Radio Bristol.Tickets are priced at £15 with a pie and a pint included,Gary said, "They're real fun nights and some of the previously unheard and privileged stories make it a brilliant experience for football fans in the region."Geoff agrees, "They're great nights. It's totally unscripted and off the cuff. We've raised over £2,000 for local causes which makes the evenings even more special for Gary and I."
