Join the Sugar River Bourbon Festival for a magical dinner with one of America's top chefs and Wisconsin's top distilleries.Edward Lee is the author of Bourbon Land , Smoke & Pickles and Buttermilk Graffiti ; chef/owner of 610 Magnolia in Louisville, Kentucky; and culinary director of Succotash in National Harbor, Maryland, and Penn Quarter, Washington, DC. He appears frequently in print and on television, including earning an Emmy nomination for his role in the Emmy Award–winning series The Mind of a Chef. Dancing Goat Distillery is a family-owned and operated business located in Cambridge, Wisconsin that produces a wide variety of spirits, including bourbon, rye whiskey, brandy, and gin. Dancing Goat introduced the first true Kentucky-style open-air rickhouse to the state of Wisconsin in 2021. Chef Lee and Dancing Goat will collaborate on a memorable evening of spirits and dining along the banks of the Sugar River.
The details:
-Bar opens at 5pm with complementary tastings from Dancing Goat.
-Dinner at 6pm. Dinner includes 5 courses, paired with Dancing Goat Distellery spirits and cocktails. Dinner includes a copy of Lee's book Bourbon Land. Lee will be available for book signing after the event.
-Attendees will have exclusive access to purchase Lee's Dancing Goat Distillery single-barrel pick.
-Tickets: $200 + 20% service charge and tax. Staff g ratuity is not expected beyond this service charge.
-Additional alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
-The Eventbrite deposit is $100 per ticket. This will be subtracted from your final bill.
