Waterstones Lincoln is proud to present an evening with the wonderful Annie Garthwaite. Annie will be talking all about her new novel, The King’s Mother, following the events began in Cecily. Ask your own questions and get a signed copy of this magnificent retelling of one of British history’s strongest yet least-remembered women.
Doors will open from 6pm and so will our first-floor Café W, with the event beginning at 6:30pm.From the Wars of the Roses to the dawn of the Tudor age, this is a story of mothers and sons; of maternal ferocity and female ambition – of all they can build and all they can destroy.
